Política de reembolso

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For a return to be valid, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us first at jbolalb@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address. We do not accept returns sent without contacting us first.

Damages and issues
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as you receive it so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
